CNC lathes can produce tight-tolerance components, and therefore multiple fields, such as automobile, military/defense, aerospace, etc., use the lathe to manufacture parts and components.
Wire EDM stands for Wire Electrical Discharge Machining. It is a precise cutting process that can acquire almost zero-tolerance results. Chung Pu started its department of wire EDM, designing and manufacturing press dies and molds. The division has soon evolved into manufacturing a spectrum of components such as automotive parts, bicycle parts, mechanical parts, electronic components, and other precision components.
Sheet metal bending is a common practice in the field of metalworking. It changes the shape of the sheet metal for the actual application. Bending is distinctive from other metalworking processes for it does not remove material from the workpiece. Instead, it changes the form of the workpiece by compression. It takes only seconds to process each workpiece.
